Interview
Initial contact made by HR and after a quick discussion the first screening round was done with the Head of Engineering.
Half an hour discussion with the Head of Engineering. Quite a friendly discussion trying to understand candidate fitment.
2nd round was a barraiser round conducted by a third party company.
