Relaxed it was more a cultural fit then technical questions. Round 3 - Onsite Interview. The first part of this were three case studies and I had one hour to prepare and present. The second part was a HR cum VP interview. Again relaxed and checked on cultural fit. Received an offer 2 weeks later. The HR was nice and did give room for slight negotiation. First verbal offer was made on confirmation the official letter was sent out.
