2 rounds of interviews: the first interview was very informal while the second required presenting a report of your choice. I find the interview process unnecessarily complex for a low-level position.

I applied online and within a week I was sent an email to interview. I interviewed a couple of days later and the interview was about 30min. I was called a couple of days later to interview again. I wasn’t able to interview due to the main person who was going to interview me being out. I was called a week later and had a phone interview. This was during COVID so things were a little bit longer during this time. Another week or two went by and I was offered the job.

Initial phone screen, which led to a virtual interview with a panel. Second interview was conducted virtually with Senior management and a presentation on a preselected topic. Overall the interview was easy, but technical problems interrupted the process and was carried on with only one of the panel members present.

Round table interview with 4 of the supervisors. Asked great questions, were friendly, provided feedback. It felt like a conversation not just a firing squad of questions. Overall they were all very warm and friendly and I had a great experience.
