I had an initial round of interview which was to assess my skillset and based on that a second interview was scheduled. This interview was scheduled with a Manager. As far as I understand, the process was to test my technical skills. The questions were initially focussed on my experience but then the questions went to an area where I had no experience. Even after telling the interviewer multiple times, he/she kept on grilling me on the same topic. Also, I was asked many question repeatedly on projects where I had clearly mentioned that the data is confidential. In my opinion, the panel was not trying to test me but was trying to make sure I fail. I would suggest the Tredence team to look into the interview process and see if the interviewers are experienced enough to conduct the interview properly. I am sure these managers are smart in their jobs but may not know how to conduct an interview - that too for a senior role. It was definitely not a pleasant experience and I can see why only 56% of the interview takers find the experience positive.
