I had reached out for the role of Data Scientist.
Multiple HR’s reached out to me for the same role providing me with different set of interviews/Tests.
I finally got a interview scheduled post 2 weeks of going back and forth with different HRs and with different tests.
In the end the interview got scheduled for ML Engineer Role and the skill sets were very different compared to my Profile.
I reached out to the HR regarding it and he wanted to only fill that position in priority so he said there are no available positions that we talked about and he can’t start hiring for the roles we discussed.
I requested him to reschedule the meeting and let me interview for other available roles which was still available but It had already been 3-4 weeks of back and forth, so I let it go.
It was a good experience overall. The interviewer was really understanding. They advised preparing the events from your resume first. I wasn't fully prepared on my side, but it went well.
2 rounds of technical interview with some basic coding questions and ML/DL questions. Started with introduction and basic questions from both ml and dl. Gen ai questions were also added. Two coding questions were asked in each round and both were based on lists and strings

It was on-campus interview, First an online assessment round - in which questions were great (really brings your analytical skill out), then 2 technical interviews, then HR interview.
Here the first technical interview was all about basics, how strong you are in basics of what you do (like ML, and Database Management)
