•Support office procurement and supplier coordination.
•Maintain company records, contracts, and documentation.
•Assist with local administrative and operational matters.
•Facilitate communication and coordination between the European office and headquarters.
Qualifications
Required
•Bachelor’s degree or comparable commercial qualification in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
•Fluent in English as the primary working language.
•Good communication skills in German and Chinese.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
•Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
