Typical interview with 3 people from Trek. They asked my about my previous experience, background etc. They told me that they will get back to me for the possible next steps after couple of days. I waited for 3 weeks but no reply so I sent a follow-up email asking for an update. I received a reply that they have found someone for the position (so they did not even bothered to update me in the meantime). I asked for some feedback regarding my application but I just received a typical reply that they found someone else with "additional" experience.
