Their HR department in Phoenix, AZ are the ones that reach out to you to schedule an interview. The in-person interview was pretty good. They explain what the company is about and they give you a small background of the product you will be working with. They answer as many questions as you have and you will never feel like you are just another person they are interviewing. They want to know about your background and what you think your past experiences have taught you.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Trelevate
Interview
This was the worst interview experience I have ever had. Don't be fooled by the attractive website and Glassdoor reviews because this place is a scam. Their office is literally a single office room without windows. The interviewer felt nervous and uncomfortable the whole time which made the interview awkward within the first few minutes. There was no charm or warm culture feel that the website suggest.
If you look at all of the available positions on Trevelate's website, you will notice that business development rep's, sales consultants, and outside sales positions all of the same vague job description. They don't want to tell you that they are all the same job and you will actually be a sales representative for Ooma until you're in their "office". Called calls. You're not contracted by a company to build their sales team, you are the sales team.
You can make more and work less by Ubering or serving at a restaurant.
