Tri-Signal Integration interview questions

Word of mouth from someone who works there told me they were looking for a scheduler. I called up and the person who was doing the interviewing set up a date and time with me. I popped in a free afternoon to interview. It's a job that a lot of people burn out in and involves a lot of general fire prevention code knowledge so we mostly talked about overcoming communication defects. Some shop talk. To me, it looked like they were looking for someone who would fit the company more than the job (because anyone can learn to do it). After the interview we kept in touch by email, they sent a low offer letter, I countered, and we came to an agreement. I started after providing my two week notice to the employer I had at the time.
