Had 1st interview with nurse manager and was very pleasant. Asked typical interview questions tell me about yourself, how do you handle difficult patients, why did you become a nurse. Had tour of the unit. Nurse manager able to answer questions about the position and orientation.
Interview with nurse manager then continue on to peer interview to determine if you're selected to continue with the hiring process. HR will then reach out with an offer and provide you with salary/benefit information.
