TriVista interview questions

Applied online, and was then contacted by a recruiter. Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter. The recruiter then passed me onto the next stage. In the next stage, I had a 1 on 1 phone chat for about 30 minutes with a VP at the company. In this conversation, the individual asked me about my experiences and asked follow up questions to many of his initial questions. After this conversation I was scheduled for another 1 on 1 with another VP at the company. In this interview, I was asked similar questions about my experiences during a 30 minute call. After about a week, I heard back from the recruiting team that they were looking for an individual with more in-depth experience, and they would not be continuing with the interview process with me. Overall, each interaction I had with Trivista employees throughout the process was very straightforward and transparent, which I appreciated. I would recommend this company to others.
