Interviews for Top Jobs at Tricolor Auto

Anonymous Employee in Dallas, TX
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tricolor Auto (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2021
Clear communication and very clear about the hurdles and expectations of the role. From start to finish the process took about 3-4 weeks. The recruiter set up a interview within days of first contact. I had my second interview scheduled a week and half after completing my first interview. A offer came two weeks later
- Topical questions when interviewing for a job

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tricolor Auto (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Dec 2019
It was really easy and they explained everything thoroughly. They explained the job offer and the company benefits. They also showed me around the office so I get to know the environment.
- How did you find out about intugo?

Anonymous Employee in Guadalajara, Jalisco
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tricolor Auto (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Jun 2018
The interview process is very complete but efficient. For me, it was a face to face interview with the hiring manager, a phone interview with the recruiting team and a video interview with upper management. It depends on the position you are applying for, but mostly it includes both phone interview and face to face interview.
- Previous experience. Professional plans and goals for the future.

Anonymous Employee in Houston, TX
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tricolor Auto (Houston, TX) in Jan 2018
It was straight forward and pleasant. The interview took place over the phone, although from my understanding it is supposed to happen over Whatsapp. Regardless, my interviewer was punctual and that is something I really appreciate.
- Are you fluent in Spanish?

Friendly. I had two interviewers during the one interview, which was a first for me. Asked my opinion in certain scenarios. Told me their expectations and the work load expectations as well.
- What would you do to be able to fully grasp what the customer wants?

I was interviewed by Manager, general questions about my previous job. After that, I was interviewed by the Finance Vice President who asked me about my skills and also interviewed me in Spanish.
- What are your strengths? Your weaknesses?

Anonymous Employee in Dallas, TX
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Tricolor Auto (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2012
I saw a posting on Career Builder and applied to the company website. A recruiter contacted me and did a phone screen and told me she would send my application to the hiring manager. I scheduled an interview with him and the office was beautiful. The corporate offices are so nice and up t date with technology. The interview went well and the recruiter followed up with me and told me I did not qualify for the Underwriter position but she had a Collector position open and I interviewed and got the job!
- The Underwriter Director was very professional and asked a lot of tough questions about my experience and my ability to perform the job.
