It was the same experience as everyone mentioned before. The first was an initial behavioral interview. (bring up data driven projects you have done at work or college) They give you an 18,000 line assignment which is open ended. They then called a week later and asked some behavioral/fit questions. Everything seemed fine but never got a call back. The assignment was not mentioned really aside from the fact that I used pivot tables. Overall a pretty weird process, not sure if it was that worth it. Maybe they have a huge talent pool to choose from, but I doubt it. There are tons of other DSPs out there, so keep applying.
