Applied online and received the first info call within a few days. Most of the talk was about the position and to check on my background. The interviewer was gentle, informative, and experienced. She mentioned that my candidature looked like a great match and I would hear back within 24 hours. However, I never heard back despite sending a reminder.
Applied to the job posted on LinkedIn, got a phone screen scheduled with the recruiter within the week. But the recruiter emailed to postpone the call just 5 minutes before the scheduled time. No problem, and I told them about my schedule in the upcoming days to reschedule. Never heard back from them, though I tried to follow up for updates.

It was the same experience as everyone mentioned before. The first was an initial behavioral interview. (bring up data driven projects you have done at work or college) They give you an 18,000 line assignment which is open ended. They then called a week later and asked some behavioral/fit questions. Everything seemed fine but never got a call back. The assignment was not mentioned really aside from the fact that I used pivot tables. Overall a pretty weird process, not sure if it was that worth it. Maybe they have a huge talent pool to choose from, but I doubt it. There are tons of other DSPs out there, so keep applying.
