    Pros

Fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Lot's of opportunity to grow while seeing direct impact on the companies bottom line.

    Cons

Hyper-competitive Ad-Tech environment. Market was oversaturated and the little guys got rolled up.

    Advice to Management

    Rock On

    I worked at Triggit full-time

    Pros

I liked working here because of the fun environment. Lunch everyday too!

    Cons

Start-ups have direction problems sometimes. I would be shifting my messaging when we should have been staying true to our original push.

    Advice to Management

Have better outline in place so we can stay with a plan everyone is on board with

I have been working at Triggit full-time

    Pros

The people at Triggit were all fantastic to work with. Everyone was welcoming and worked closely together on all projects.

    Cons

The management team was extremely disorganized and directionless. This led to a number of different issues and some friction.

    Advice to Management

The management team did a very poor job of understanding what was happening and addressing issues that needed addressing. Some changes in the leadership would benefit Triggit greatly.

I have been working at Triggit full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

--A lot of places boast that they can teach you a lot. In reality, however, the heavy thinking and lifting is done above you. At Triggit that is not the case. The company is big enough that there is structure, but small enough that all members of the team have to pull their weight.
--Everyone is really bright. If schools are your thing, Harvard, Stanford, UCB, USC, the Claremont Schools , Northwestern, etc. are all here and most people have worked for the big boys in either finance or tech. More though, because of the companies ideal size, rather rigorous interview process, and the complicated nature of ad-tech, the people that work here are necessarily rather smart and can teach you a great deal.
--Ad-tech, and social/native programmatic is a rapidly growing industry. While there are other things that make Triggit stand out, simplly working for an established player in this industry is fun, challenging, and promising.
--Smaller stuff; Convenient (if not great) location on Market, Free Lunch, awesome co-workers,

    Cons

--There is little to no official training. This would be a bigger drawback if the office was "closed" or the work was done individually. This is not the case; work is done as a team, and the office space is wide open. As such, while a formal training program is lacking, I find osmotic education is better and more effective than most.

I worked at Triggit full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Company wisely focused on Facebook retargeting opportunity(FBX) instead of struggling to differentiate in the overall RTB space. Work hard /play hard atmosphere, great office location in SF, catered lunches in office together with team. Smart and passionate CEO.

    Cons

Must work in SF. You are completely cut off from the company if you work remotely. Not much interaction outside of eating lunch together. Lack of teamwork/ training.
