Pretty typical interview process. Started with an HR phone screen, then two separate 30-minute interviews with the hiring team. First interview was with the hiring manager, and the second was with a director. Everyone I interacted with was professional and seemed nice, and I received an offer shortly after my final interview. I ultimately declined the offer to accept a role in another field that offered better benefits and compensation.
