Trinamics interview questions

The person got my attention via LinkedIn and sent me a chat with a position description and asking for my CV. After that he saw that my experience could be a good fit for other position and asked me to schedule a meeting. At the meeting he described the company and the position and asked for my background. Simple as that. Now looks that the next step is to present my experience to the customer in Netherlands. After that I'll have another round of meeting but with a technical team involved. If everything goes well they will make the offer and another round may happen, In case i dont pass on the first interview they said that can direct my cv for another 2 or 3 position.

I applied to a position through the company website but I no one from Trinamics replied. I contacted the recruiter listed in the company's job advert and she promptly replied apologizing for missing the application and invited me to go through a coding challenge for the position. I went through the coding challenge and passed it, and on the next day the recruiter sent me a meeting invitation to discuss two positions I would be well suited. A day before the meeting I reached out to the recruiter asking about the meeting, to which out of the blue she replied that the positions were already filled and I should get back to them in a few months to try again.
