I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Trinity Consultants
Interview
Applied through a campus recruiting website (submitted resume and cover letter), and got contacted by phone about an on campus interview few weeks later. The interview itself was with a manager from the nearby office and she was very nice throughout the process of the interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Trinity Consultants (Omaha, NE) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was a virtual Teams Interview with the head of the new Omaha office as they're just setting up. She was incredibly pleasant and kind, we had a good conversation. Typical questions, leadership examples, experience, etc. The tough part was that she asked a question and then she asked if I had a question, and it went back and forth. It was good to have a back and forth, but it made the conversation feel disjointed and I felt like I had to switch back and forth from 'roles', so to speak.
