Interview
After submitting a resume and filling out an online survey, I chatted with the manager hiring over the phone and I was invited to an in person interview. The company strongly believes in peer interviews, so for me I had a couple of other office staff as well as someone from the back along with the manager in my interview.

Question 1
Asked lots of questions about how I handle stress and being in a fast pace environment and what I would do in certain situations. There is a huge emphasis on teamwork so also some discussion on what it’s like to be in a good team and bad team.
