Interview process wasn't bad. The director at holy cross silver spring ICU was very friendly. I was hired on the spot and toured the entire unit. Minimal questions asked since the director was very friendly.

Why am I moving from Florida to Maryland? I explained that my family lived there. Minimal questions were asked since I was hired on the spot. The director mostly went over the information with me.
