I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trinity Health in May 2024
Interview
Two rounds of interviews - first with the recruiter then a panel interview with RNs, manager, and medical director. Overall very slow process. I emailed the manager requesting an update on my application since she told me she would contact me directly about it, got a reply of "lol" from her. Very unprofessional. I don't feel like a bother for reaching out regarding it, if she doesn't want to reply to me she should've just told me to contact the recruiter anyway.

Interview
I spoke to Mike for about hanky an hour over the phone before he set up an in person interview. We went over the basics : experience, work history, etc. The day of my i person interview Mike calls to cancel the interview saying “it’s crazy with training” that they would reschedule by the end of the week. Mind you this was less than 2 hours before my interview! Extremely unprofessional way to conduct themselves. They obviously do not value another persons time as I could have gone to work today or done something else but wasted time speaking to this person, not working today, purchasing a new outfit for this interview, getting up early and getting ready, only to have a call very last minute to cancel. And 7 hours later revive and en email that says thanks for applying but no thanks. Why schedule the in Person interview? Why LIE that it will be reschedule? What a joke

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Trinity Health (Ann Arbor, MI) in Feb 2023
Interview
An email is sent to set up a phone interview as the first step. You talk on the phone with a hiring manager that essentially establishes availability and wage expectations. Then they schedule you with an in person hiring manager who asks more detailed position related questions. Following the in person interview, you are emailed an offer letter which you sign (assuming you accept) and that will detail your wage, hourly expectations, and first day of work.
