Interview
Of all the firms I interviewed at, TRINITY has the dubious honor of being the least professional. My experiences are similar to the review on Oct 3 2019. I received a rejection after the first round virtual interview.
1. My first call was a voice-only call. The second interviewer kept insisting I switch on my webcam but left his off.
2. Said interviewer was extremely distracted the entire time, kept asking me for details on my fit stories that I had already mentioned
3. Received a rejection by email, but was ignored when I asked for feedback. The vast majority of consulting firms are usually very forthcoming with feedback and it was disappointing to see TRINITY not follow suit.

Tell me about an experience from your resume that you are most excited about.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trinity Life Sciences (Waltham, MA) in Mar 2024

4-5 virtual interviews. 2-3 of them were case studies based on real life situations picked up from my own resume. Others were behavioral and situational, focused on my biotech experience, why trinity, why not my prior organization, why biotech.

First round on call and interview in teams and process is fast. Interview lasted for 30 minutes. They were ready to do buy out too. It was nice experience connecting and learnt a lot in terms of pharma

General pharma topics and few sql questions but mainly pharma knowledge
The interviewers are very nice. The first round is a 45 mins behavioral + case. The final round are 2 back-to-back interviews. I got the interview invite only one week after I submitted my application.
