Trinity Subsurface interview questions

I was interviewed by Jamie who was extremely nice however none of her 20 questions and I mean 20 questions had nothing to do with the job title or the job description. I felt as though the interview was trying to find out about me personally more than what I could do for the company. I found this interview not so much unprofessional but very confusing.

Fairly straightforward, a lot of just learning and listening while giving input and answering a few questions. Most questions are more of a fit/personality screening. In-person interview, so be prepared for that.
