I interviewed at TripSpark Technologies (Calgary, AB)
Interview
Long interview process. One HR interview, one QA, one team manager interview, and 1 panel interview with live coding and a technical interrogation. It was very thorough but it took over a month to go through the whole process.

I applied online. I interviewed at TripSpark Technologies in Jan 2026
Interview
After three rounds of interviews (including time-consuming prep), I followed up with two people involved in the process and received no response. No update, no decision, no courtesy email…just silence.
If this is how the company handles basic follow-through with candidates who have invested significant time, it raises real concerns about internal accountability, communication, and respect.
“We’ll get back to you within a week” was communicated, and then not honoured, without even a quick note to reset expectations.
Advice to Management: If you’re not moving forward, say so. If the role is paused, say so. If timelines change, communicate that.
Candidate experience is a reflection of leadership. A simple two-sentence update signals mutual respect (seemingly missing within this org).
I don’t expect special treatment or to get acceptance of the role. That said, I do expect basic professional courtesy. Being ghosted after multiple interview rounds is rude and avoidable. Tripspark/Modaxo; do better!!!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TripSpark Technologies
Interview
Several steps including HR screen, interview with hiring manager, case study, and panel interview. Being a part of Constellation Software, it was quite structured. The timeline was reasonable and an offer was presented with a regular start date and transition time.
