I found out about the position through a TripAdvisor connection I had made on LinkedIn who referred me to FlipKey. The first step with FlipKey was a general phone screening where they asked me about my work experience/how I found out about the position and they told me about the scope of the role. They emailed me directly after the phone call to set up a Spanish fluency screening for a few days later. After the fluency screening they asked me to come for an in-office interview, where I met with 3 people and completed a Spanish writing sample over the course of 2 1/2 hours. The next day they asked me for a long Spanish writing sample regarding owner support, due a few days later. I then received steps to take for a background check. Not even a week later I received the offer by phone and, since I told them I wouldn't need much notice, I started 3 days later.
