Ghost recruiters! For the second time I had my CV evaluated, and they sent me an email requesting an appointment for the interview, after that they disappeared! This is the result of a mismanagement of HR. If in recruitment candidates are treated like this, I can not say later

The approach should be reviewed urgently. It is understandable that the company receives several applications, but candidates should be treated with respect, even if it is at the first contact.
