Tru Independence interview questions

1st interview was with managing director, very relaxed and respectful. Focus was assessing if I have the skills to the job and personality to gel with existing work culture. 2nd interview was video interview with operations team. Everyone seemed nice but it was a bit overwhelming to be talking so many people at once. This was a test of fit and working capability with current employees. 3rd interview was with management team. Fairly relaxed interview, mostly about culture/history and goals of company.
