The interview process began with a positive 30-minute conversation with management, followed by a detailed, multi-part assessment that took several hours to complete. A follow-up interview, intended as a review, became a rushed presentation of all three assignments with 5 minutes to ask questions. Ultimately, I received a polite rejection. Overall, the experience was professional, yet rushed, and the assessment was too extensive.
