I interviewed at True North Marketing
It was IQ and personality test. Took about 2 hours, quite interesting since it wasn't an interview per say. They sat me in an office and had to go through 200 personality questions and 80 IQ questions with both had a time limit. Last was a perception test but it was only 8 questions.
- Literrally didnt asked anything since it was just test.

- Cómo te vez a largo plazo

Very short and straight to the point. Transparent and honest questions, yet intruiging and challenging at the same time. I would say that communication and responsiveness from the HR team are fantastic as well.
- What salary are you looking for?

They do a 3 minute virtual screening and then want you to come into the office to sit in person. They tell you that you’re interviewing for a manager position but then when they explain how everything works you are really starting as a brand ambassador (sales rep) selling AT&T phones in grocery stores. The pay is 600$ a week at that position. You have to sell a certain amount of contracts before you move into the manager position, in which you are still selling and now have to get 4 people to work under you before you can move up again. You don’t get benefits until you move up. They didn’t even explain what benefits, just said “I’m sure there are some in there somewhere”. Best advice I can give you, skip the low paying sells rep job in this company and go work for an actual wireless store where you’d make more weekly and have people come to you verse hunt them down. The whole interview process was a waste of time. It seems more like an MLM company.
- How many lines do you think you can sell?
- How much money would you like to make weekly?
- Why should we choose you?
- What makes you right for our company?

Series of 2 interviews, one in person and the other face to face. They did an excellent job of describing the company and how they operate. They make sure you're okay with the overall basics if the job itself. The first interview is to get to know your little bit and see if it it's a possible option for you. The 2nd is amongst the other candidates.
- What does success mean to you?

A lot of generic questions and pseudo corporate language. They kept emphasizing how it important it is to communicate but then didn't listen at all. It was not a very productive conversation.
- Why should we hire you?

First interview was a introduction. To put a face to the resume. Second interview we got to know each other more and went over the company and my role. Vey simple.
- What’s are you looking for in your next job.

Didn’t really go over a lot of Info and looked like they hire any body and everybody. They offered me and the person before me jobs and wanted us to start ASAP.
- Very generic question and really didn’t care what I had to say

I rarely post reviews on Glassdoor but this company was a joke. Simply put, they had me come in for an interview for a customer service position, and I find out I would be doing sales standing in Sam’s club selling phones. Seriously? Maybe they’re a good company and fun to work for, but at least be honest with the positions you’re hiring for. Tell it as it is, an entry level sales job.
- All of their questions were just qualifying you for the job (ex: can you commute to this location). The interview itself was a bunch of talking about themselves and they’re pretty much willing to hire anyone who will stand on concrete all day.
