Trufla Technology interview questions

The interview was engaging and sparked a thoughtful discussion around scalability and system design. It mainly focuses on assessing your mindset and problem-solving approach rather than just technical knowledge. The interviewers listen carefully, paying close attention to how you reason through challenges, communicate ideas, and handle trade-offs during the conversation.

The interview went well, it was a mix of both technical and hr questions. Some questions were familiar to me, but others were out of context, as I thought, but they may have been just to let them know more about me. After the interview the hiring manager told me that they will tell me the next step, whether its a second interview or something but since then and till now 1 month has passed, I haven't heard anything from them, not even a rejection which made me frustrated.
