First I received an assessment. I was given the option to finish it in a few hours or a few days. I was asked to submit my code. After that, I received an HR screening and then a technical phone call. However, it was clear that the interviewer on the phone never read the solution I was required to submit, and when I asked for comments or questions, she had none. I asked for feedback afterward, agian none was provided. It shows the team is unprofessional and does not respect the applicants' time. They ask you to complete an assessment that took a few hours/days and never read your solution or provide any feedback. The whole interview process was also very dragging, there were 1-2 weeks between each step.

I first did the data science assessment, which ended up being a very fun prediction task using Trupanion data. From there, I had a phone call with a recruiter, and then a phone call with the director of the data science department. I did not advance from there, but if I had, the final interview would have been with the team in-person (this was right before COVID hit).
