The company purpose and vision is impressive, however the candidate experience was highly disappointing. My interviewer walked out during the interview to “tend to an issue,” the office was messy, they stock microwaveable foods with the intention that people will work longer hours, and when I asked asked questions pertaining to their practices in compensation, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, the answers were less than kosher. Highly disappointed in the process, hope the direction of the HR function shifts quickly to keep up with changing times, especially in CA.
