I participated in an initial interview process with Turacoz Healthcare Solutions and was disappointed by the experience. The interview included inappropriate and unlawful personal questions, such as inquiries about age, marital status, and plans for children—all of which violate European employment laws.
Additionally, the company requested a highly detailed assignment that involved extensive research and strategic planning. The scope and depth of the task amounted to unpaid labor, which is not acceptable, especially without any form of compensation or assurance of fair evaluation.
This experience raised serious concerns about the company’s professional ethics, respect for candidates’ time, and awareness of international hiring standards.
I hope Turacoz reviews its recruitment practices and aligns them with global HR best practices and legal guidelines.
