Turbocam International interview questions

Was nice to get to be interviewed by the hiring manager without an initial HR screen. Interview seemed to go very well, with that IT manager telling me mid-interview that he was impressed and wanted me to be part of the in-person second round. Great! I wasn't expecting to be asked how I fit into their mission statement though, and was unaware of the specific text. Apparently I answered incorrectly, as that was the last time I heard from the company. After more than a week, I emailed in to the HR person (JobVite doesn't tell you your status), who never answered my email back, but used the ATS to send me an impersonal rejection. I have zero idea how I went from being a lock on round two to being someone unworthy of a human response. Very, very disappointing. It's been more than 45 days since this video interview, and the job is still open. Who knows if the job even exists?
