Interview
I applied online for the job and received an email 2 days later to join a career fair at their Malvern, PA location in the evening 2:30pm-7pm. They have a link where you can choose the time best for you, I chose 2:30. I arrived at 2:15 and was given a small quiz on car parts and my availability. Their schedules runs from 10:30am-11pm. You work 4 ten hour days with a weekend day required. I was taken in for an interview at 3:00pm. After the interview, I took a test to see how fast I can type/WPM. Then was given another test to check how well I spell and check paragraphs to find the mistakes.

Multi Step Interview with two separate people, simple. Nothing too "out of left field" Running PC specs was apart of the interview process and startup. The interviewers were nice as well. No complaints.

Interview
HR Called me. The interview was a short and sweet. Simple questions. Ask if I personally had any car experience. Its not necessary but, VERY MUCH NEEDED. They also asked me what kind of call center experience I have had in the past including any other sales experience.
