It started with a 30-45 minute phone interview with a manager in the Trust & Safety Division. After our conversation, I was asked to complete a written assignment that I spent approximately 30 minutes working on. After I sent that in, we discussed what the role was offering before considering next steps. The budgeted amount for the position was not workable for me, however, so I declined to continue the process at that time, but it was still a good experience.
