Interview
The interview is very generic with no related questions asked. They're looking for entry level sales person to be a slave on the phone. They make a lot of promises with no guarantees, for example you can make 100,000 a year if you work hard. I ask what is the top sales person making? We do not disclose that information but 30 vehicles plus bonus you will make 100,000k a year. I took this job the most anyone sold in a month was 15 and 90% were reorders. There is a reason they always have this job listed on Indeed.

Interview
unorganized, unprepared, lack of knowledge about how to conduct an interview, leaving the person waiting for over an hour to start the interview, said they want to hire you and you would fit very well and say you have one more interview and they will schedule it next week. You follow up they said I will text you right back with a day and time there is no text, you follow up via email and once again no response. They sell you that working 8-5 in an office environment is the best thing in life. The first red flag should have been when the person introduces them as "The Head Cheerleader".
