Tyler Refrigeration interview questions

Disorganized, slow to respond, human resources department not respectful. took a long time between contact, really thought the process would not go further because it took so long. Not sure the current management is good with the employee base. Have friends that work there, they don't seem to be happy. Layoffs, hours are eratic. lack of communication.
