U.S. Senator Bob Casey interview questions

The process starts with a skills assessment, testing your ability to write two pieces common to the job in a short period of time. I was called back after that for a second round interview with a three-person panel. Very straightforward questions concerning resume, interests, experience and fit. Final interview would have been with the Chief of Staff.

Very straight-forward. Simple interview questions regarding employment background, relevant experience, academic coursework if applicable, etc. They were very clear that they wanted someone with coursework in political science or a related field as well as previous campaign/internship experience.
