UBL UK interview questions

Very poor , I emailed them and they invited me to the interview without a job description or the name of the role. They sent me assessments to complete and the assesments were completely unrelated they were so many and very long and hard and included random things like mechanical reasoning questions completely unrelated to the role. Interview was relaxed. They never ever got back they completely went ghost even after requesting a follow up. Dont waste peoples time.

2 interviews, both positive - 1 quite rigorous. they asked me lots of things such as sector, experience, educational background. All as expected and standard. Had one with line manager and another with head of the team.
