Interview
Interview process was typical. Called in for 1-1 interview. Met with branch administrator. The environment was very professional, and everyone was dressed sharply (better than the Goldman people, actually). Everyone was personable, professional, and kind. They care about quality. It lasted about 15-20 minutes. They are willing to take time in answering any questions.
Dress cleanly.

Interview
Phone interview with management and human resources. There would probably be an in person interview if the candidate is located near the office. Questions were normal interview questions. The interview is manageable with adequate preparation and practice.
