Interview
Application with questions, testing, telephone interview, Assessment Centre. Application had questions such as 'Why UBS?', 'Why this division?' etc..... Online testing included numerical reasoning and logical reasoning. Telephone interview was a mixture of motivational questions, competency questions, and one technical (see below).
Digital interview comprising of various questions. Allowed 2 minutes to prepare for each question with a further two minutes to answer each question. The last question was rather open-ended and asked about general interest

Received test invitation in less a week after submitting the application.
First round: online, behavior and IQ-test-like test. Not difficult.
Second round: online, behavior question, very difficult for me. Asked questions I had never thought of. So I died here.

Quick, efficient, easy as it was at home. Didn't have to worry about face-to-face. The questions were clear and easy to understand. Didn't feel like they were trying to trick you out
