This is going to be long. First round was coding test which I cleared. Second round was with a person who was technically very weak. He asked me if I have used any messaging queue. I told him that I have used SQS(AWS service). But he was not convinced. He asked me what is remote queue, local queue. I told him again that I have used SQS. Then he asked, how have you configured your queue. I said with Terraform. To that he replied you previously said that you have used terraform to create resources then how could you configure queue with that. I was speechless. Out of 15 questions he asked, I could not answer 1 only and still he rejected me. I really wish if hiring people record interviews and then check it if candidate who is already working with good organisation is rejected. I really had pathetic experience with technically weak interviewer.
