Interview
First give a behavioral interview and then process to an online test.The behavioral questions are about your basic mathematical intuition and may be give you a tiny case to solve. However, the online test seems very strict. I believed I finished them all correctly however I still did not meet the minimum requirement.
Mostly distant and via videos, recordings and tests. Quite quick progression through the steps. Started off with test, then recording them interview. Not much human interactions in the beginning of the phase.

Interview
Straightforward. No unusual or tricky questions. Spoke about experience and about the industry that the role covers. Interviewers were other members of the equity analysis team. Later interview included a portfolio manager as well.
