I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2012
Interview
1) Phone interview conducted by HR manager
2) In-Person interview with senior client associate/research analyst
3) Panel Interview with Senior Manager Directors
4) Final Interview with HR manager
Initial phone interview was simple, lasting only a few minutes. Next phase of the interview involved meeting with the current associate, asking questions regarding the work involved and experiences I've had with various programs including bloomberg, reuters, etc. Afterwards, sat with the MDs to discuss further about my background and team background. Received a call two weeks after to hear back from HR manager for a final offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Spokane, WA) in Jul 2024
Interview
Had a call from a recruiter, the interview process was whatever, just typical talking about previous experience. A very unprofessional part was that the recruiter said she's gonna set up the next interview with the hiring team and they should get back within a week. Ghosted and never replied to the follow up email.
