I reached the final stage of the recruitment process which was an hour long interview covering competency and commercial awareness. The interviewers were very friendly and encouraging and despite not receiving the role it was an overall positive experience.

Interview
Video Interview for UBS. Asked about personal values and all around questions about teamwork. Took about 40 minutes. I found the questions were a bit more difficult than usual for a below entrance level job interview. Was asked about the role of a COO, which was an unusual question.

1 Phone Interview + immediately invited to the Assessment Centre. In the Assesment centre, there will be 2 interviews by different managing directors, and 1 presentation. The last stage would be group work.
