Applied online, got phone interview invitation 2 weeks after submission, with 1-day notice. Phone interview lasted 20-25 mins, interviewed by a trader, asked motivational, competency questions as well as financial/economic awareness and several simple brainteasers (very efficient use of time); 4 weeks later got invited to assessment centre (3-days notice).

Why UBS? Why trading? Strengths? An experience in the past dealing with challenging situation. How would you invest 1bn pounds?
Brainteasers: Angle between clock-hands; me & u taking turns in tossing a fair-coin, first one to get a Head wins, prob of first-goer winning? etc.

Online Tests then video interview . Video interview consisted of a mix of personal questions and a few technical. Managed to find most of the questions online prior to the interview.
