Very rigorous, went through three separate interviews. Met about 15 people in total. each person asks a series of questions. Took an hour long. Had a second panel interview with 10 people in the department and got the job.

Received timely responses, felt comfortable in interview, not really a "Financial Analyst" position, quite misleading title as its a administrative position. Ask good questions in interview to get better understanding. Asked pre thought questions, nothing that threw me off, mostly about the aggie online systems
