Zoom interview with 9 easy questions. It was mostly common questions with a few role specific behavioral ones. I would recommend you come up with specific experiences where you helped people or solved a unique problem

Applying was really easy, just a resume and cover letter. There were three people on a panel taking turns asking questions, but they were all really friendly so it wasn't too intimidating.

Interview
It was a group interview. So around 6 students were grouped in only 1 round of interviews. There was portion where we had to role play as advisors as interviewers were students. Another portion was a presentation.
