Interview
Went into the Columbus office since I was interviewing for a remote position based out of the Fort Mill SC office. Environment was laid back and comfortable. I was interviewed by the office manager of the Columbus location, not my actual supervisor.

Interview
The process takes approximately two weeks, they didn't do initial phone interview but they scheduled you for face to face interview with the hiring manager. Only one person conducts the interview, they were 35 candidates and they were looking for the best 3.
